Operators can connect their Facebook Page by signing in with Facebook, which is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When they do, we ask Facebook for the list of Pages they manage and store only the Page they choose: its ID, name and link. We use these to show the Page on the operator's website and to direct customers to it, for example when asking for a review. We do not store Facebook access tokens, passwords or any other data from the operator's Facebook account. Operators can remove the connection at any time by clearing the Facebook Page in their business settings, or by removing Muddy Booking from their Facebook settings under "Apps and websites". SMS and instant messaging notifications are delivered by third-party communication providers acting on our behalf. These providers only process the minimum data necessary to deliver the relevant message.

Operator data is retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested by the operator. Upon request, operator data will be anonymised or deleted.
