What if I go over my monthly booking limit?

If you reach your plan's booking limit, you can continue to take bookings without interruption.

Just be aware that each booking over your limit will incur a small fee, which is detailed on our pricing page.

We'll notify you when you’re approaching your limit, so you have plenty of time to upgrade if needed, to avoid any extra charges.

Can I get a free trial of Muddy Booking?

Yes, you can start a free trial of Muddy Booking at any time, without needing to enter any payment details.

This allows you to explore the features, customise your booking page, and see how it works for your business before making a commitment.

During the trial, you can set up your booking form, add your fields, and even take test bookings to see how everything works.

Will my customers receive WhatsApp & SMS notifications?

Yes, Muddy Booking can send WhatsApp & SMS notifications to your customers, including booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices.

You can customise messages to include important information you want to share.

This feature helps keep your customers informed and engaged, reducing no-shows and improving their overall experience.

How much can I customise WhatsApp & SMS notifications?

SMS notifications can be completely customised, and we provide default templates that you can edit to suit your needs.

Due to restrictions by Meta, WhatsApp messages cannot be fully customised, however you may add access instructions to confirmations and reminder messages.

Can I send both WhatsApp & SMS notifications?

Yes! If you enable both WhatsApp and SMS notifications, Muddy Booking will always try to send a WhatsApp message first.

If the customer doesn't have WhatsApp, or if the message fails to send for any reason, an SMS will be sent instead.

This ensures that your customers receive important notifications through the most effective channel available to them.

We recommend keeping a balance of credits for both channels to ensure all your customers are reached.

Are email notifications included?

Yes, Muddy Booking includes email notifications for bookings, cancellations, and reminders.

Can I use Muddy Booking if I have multiple dog fields?

Absolutely! Muddy Booking supports multiple fields, allowing you to manage all your bookings in one place.

This flexibility makes it easy to handle different pricing, availability, and customer preferences for each field.

You can also set different opening hours and gate codes for each field, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The Muddy team provides support with data migration and customising your booking form to suit your business.

Will I lose my current bookings or customer information during the transition?

No. We can import your existing bookings and customer data.

This ensures a smooth transition without any disruption to your business or customers.

Do I need a website to use Muddy Booking?

Not at all. Muddy Booking gives you a professional, customizable booking page - Allowing you to take bookings without needing your own website.

However, if you have a website, you can easily integrate Muddy Booking into it, and we can help you with that too!

Does Muddy Booking have a mobile app?

The system is fully mobile-optimized, and works smoothly on any smartphone or tablet for both field owners and customers.

What payment methods does Muddy Booking support?

Muddy Booking supports card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

This makes it quick and easy for customers to book sessions online without requiring them to manually enter any of their personal details or register for an account.

PayPal and other payment gateways can also be integrated if you'd like to use them, we'd be happy to help if you're unsure which to use.

Is customer support available during the transition and beyond?

Absolutely! Muddy Booking offers friendly UK-based support. We can assist during setup, migration, and provide ongoing help and advice.

How do I let my customers know about the new booking system?

You can use email, text, or social media to inform customers. If your booking system is integrated with your website, your customers will use Muddy Booking without any extra steps.

Can I customize my booking page to match my branding?

Yes, you can upload your logo and adjust colors and styles. Your booking page will reflect your brand without needing any tech skills.

Does the price include VAT?

Each page showing pricing on our website has a VAT toggle, allowing you to display prices either including or excluding VAT.

How quickly can I start using Muddy Booking?

You can setup an account to play around with it in minutes.

Migrating your data and getting everything ready for your customers can take a few days (as we want to make sure it's perfect!), but we'll work with you to get it done as quickly as possible.
